Memphis Photographers {Updates in the Studio}
Ok! Get ready for some exciting Memphis Photographers updates! Life has been BUSY here! I’ve been working a lot of LATE and LONG days, and I haven’t had time to update the blog a lot this week. I’m so excited to share what’s been going on with Cindy B. Thymius Photography (besides the art of taking portraits! :))
1. Back in December, my amazing husband (partner and friend!) and I sat down and talked about some changes we wanted to incorporate for 2013. One of those changes was to totally revamp my intro page that leads into my website. I had some ideas. After some researching, I went to a great guy I know, Andy Johnson. I gave him some sketches of the layout. I was picky, and I knew what I wanted! I just didn’t have the time to create the design in website format. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Andy and his patience and work ethic. I couldn’t be more pleased. Phase 1 of the site is complete…go check it out! www.cbtphotography.com I know it’s hard to believe, but, there is an even more exciting addition coming to the intro page. It’s been in the works for months. I’ll let you know when this phase is completed.
2. Though I haven’t really announced it to the world, but the past few months have been busy with getting a STUDIO ready here at my home. It’s 620 square feet of awesomeness! I have been using it for months! All of my regular clients have known about it and have been using it, but I thought it was time to let potential clients know about it, too. It’s complete with lights, props, backdrops, and all. I’ve got a meeting space for wedding clients as well, and I’ve been getting good use out of it, I must say. Clients enjoy looking at all the portraits hanging on the walls as they have their session or meet with me.
3. Lastly, I wanted to take a second and talk about scheduling. The calendar is filling up QUICKLY. Very few weekday spots remain for May. Saturdays are booked for May, June, and most of July. I’d love the opportunity to work with you and take your portraits for your family, newborn, high school senior, wedding, or anytime photos!
